So many twists and turns. Pepper Winter's Second Debt had me reeling at the edge of my seat. If you hadn't read Debt Inheritance or 1st Debt then do not read any more beyond this point. This story made my heart jump out of my chest, made me ugly cry and I'd almost threw my kindle across the room. This book was so intense! Pepper Winter writes good effed up characters who you love to hate because I definitely loved to hate Jethro. The story begins where 1st Debt ended. Nila finally knows who the real kite007 is and she is beyond pissed so she plots her revenge on Jethro. She wants to be the last Weaver stolen so she forms a plan but soon finds out what Jethro is truly hiding. His real self. She can't hate Jethro because she has fallen in love with him and can't form a real plan to seek revenge even after seeing the devastating horrors when she accidentally discovers what Jethro didn't want her to see. You see Jethro changing in this installment and you kinda know what his true motives really are. You get to meet Jasmine, his sister and her role in Jethro's life. I'm very intrigued that Jethro really does have a heart and I also felt for him and the facade he has to play in front of his father, brothers and grandmother. You actually felt Jethro's pain and his constant struggles to keep Nila safe. But the 2nd Debt has to be paid. The scene was so intense that I had to put the book down a couple of times. I really feel for Jethro and Nila's relationship and how hard it was for Jethro to make Nila repay the 2nd Debt. I'd actually cried like a damn baby when they finally, somewhat, confess their love for one another. It really was a heart felt moment and you end up rooting for these two. BIG cliffhanger in the end that almost made me throw my Kindle across the room! What's gonna happen to Jethro? What's Cut going to do with him? I'm sitting on pins and needles until 3rd Debt comes out. Awesome job Ms. Winter! I'm ready for more please!

Have you pre-ordered Unexpected Fate by Harper Sloan yet? Here's the link! And get acquainted with the men of Corp Security while your one-clicking. We know hot Alpha men and Harper writes them Good!
What are you reading today?? Because Pepper Winter's Indebted 3 is available right now! Finally!!! Ignoring chores is easy when one of my favorite authors publishes a book. This dark read is a continuation of Debt Inheritance and First Debt. A story of the Weavers being indebted to the Hawkes for a centuries old debt. There's dark, there's angsty, and there's twists and turns that will leave your jaw hanging off the floor. I absolutely love Ms. Winter's work and how you immediately dive into the her book realm, making you feel for Nila and kinda 'feel' for Jethro. Anyways, enough talking! I'm gonna start reading. Get your hands on Indebted 3

Turning Books into Movies
How about that! Some of our favorite books are turning into movies these days Fifty Shades of Grey being one that's coming out less than 4 weeks, Sylvia Day's Crossfire Series is being shopped around on becoming a TV series, Hopefully my favorite Dark book The Dark Duet Series by CJ Roberts is going to become a television series as well, Colleen Hoover's Ugly Love and Mia Sheridan's Archer is now going to be on the big screen! Of course there are plenty of books out there that are aching to become either a television series or on the big screen. Secretly, I would love Raw by Bella Aurora, Up in the Air series by R.K. Lilley to be on the big screen. Hopefully we all have our book boyfriends on any screen as long as they're hot and get us bothered.

G.K. Moore's Convert
What can I say about G.K. Moore and her debut novel Covert...A lot! Alessandro is the unwilling heir of a Chicago crime family. Intent on leaving the life set out for him, he decides to run as fast and as far away as possible. His plans crumble when one girl crash lands in his life. He should hate the daughter of his father’s mistress, but it’s near impossible when he finds that they are alike in more ways than one.
Olivia grew up watching men walk in and out of her mother’s life. When one man finally decides to stay, she learns that crime lords don’t leave until someone’s dead. Olivia’s salvation comes from the person she least expects: his son.
Six years later, Olivia and Alessandro are reunited when her life is threatened. If time has proven one thing, it’s that repeating their parents’ mistakes seems inevitable.
In a world where friendship is a luxury and love a death sentence, two unlikely lovers find each other only to be separated by their cruel reality.
I read this book in one sitting! It made me mad, it made me swoon and it made me tear up. I absolutely love this book and sitting on pins and needles waiting for more!
G.K. Moore is on my list of favorite authors!
